Privacy Policy
If your Web site collects any type of personal information, you are strongly encouraged to publicize your own Privacy Policy.

Indemnification. Members of any membership area on any Jaelis Web site are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account. Furthermore, members are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the providers for any liability or expense arising from such use or misuse. Members agree to immediately notify the providers of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security known to them.

Your Privacy. Jaelis's policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. Jaelis will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving that client's permission. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it.

There are cases where Jaelis may ask you for personal information, such as your name and/or address. We only do this when you register for contests/promotions, or services that require registration or subscription. Jaelis needs to collect this information for fulfilling promotions, and tracking or verifying compliance with Jaelis's policies as well as federal, state and local laws and/or for editorial and feedback solicitation purposes. For example, we may want to send you materials via e-mail or regular mail at your request. In case you change your mind or some personal information may change (such as your address), we will attempt to provide a way to correct, update, or remove the personal data you give us.

Unless otherwise disclosed during collection, Jaelis does not provide any personally identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. No information collected from guests is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, except as explicitly stated during registration.

Use of Cookies. On your first visit to some Jaelis Web sites, a "cookie" may be sent to your computer from the Jaelis server. A cookie is a file that stores a personal preference file so that the originating server recognizes you as a unique user.

Jaelis has two primary uses for its cookies. First, we use them to specify unique preferences. Second, we use cookies to track user trends and patterns. This helps us better understand and improve areas of the Jaelis Web site that our users find valuable versus those pages that visitors view once. While both of these activities may depend on the use of a "cookie," visitors to the Jaelis Web site always have the option of disabling cookies via their browser preferences. It is important to note that all modern browsers, version 4 and above, of both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator have cookies enabled by default.

However, note that some parts of the Jaelis Web site may not function properly if you refuse acceptance of a cookie. Our cookies can only be read by the Jaelis server.

Links to Other Sites. Users should be aware that when you are on the Jaelis Web site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There may be links to other sites from Jaelis pages that take you outside our service. Other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data or solicit personal information.

While Jaelis strives to protect its users' personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk. Jaelis's policy does not extend to anything that is innate in the functioning of the Internet, and therefore beyond Jaelis's control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.

We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes.
